After training over 25 people from the lift industry the feedback we have had following the courses has been great. This is testament to the people taking part and the training delivered by Petra at Petrain services who delivers all our courses. All our courses are free or subsidised for our supporting companies and we already have a course booked for 2024 for Petra to deliver.
"I wanted to express my appreciation for the Mental Health course in the Lift industry that Forge Lifts recently attended under your guidance. The course surpassed expectations, and your adeptness in covering a range of material while keeping a relaxed atmosphere was impressive. I was also pleasantly surprised how comprehensive the material was and fitted so delicately within the two days.
I believe this course benefits everyone, fostering a better understanding of mental health in our industry and creating a lasting cultural awareness within the company going forward. Thank you for your hard work and contribution, we look forward to attending further workshops and ongoing training in the future.
Warm regards"

"I recently attended the Mental Health First Aid course, organised by the Lift Industry Mental Health Charter, and presented by Petrain Services. The course was taught over a period of 2 days, and each day was challenging, eye-opening and equally wonderful. The knowledge that we gained throughout the course is invaluable, especially as we were able to relate a lot of the subjects to our own personal experiences. As you can imagine, the topics discussed in this mental health first aid course were substantial and at times very overwhelming, however our amazing instructor Petra Northwood was able to portray these sensitive subjects in a considerate, sympathetic, and non-judgemental fashion. I could not think of a better person to educate us on these delicate topics, and to lead us in such meaningful discussions and debates. It is safe to say that my mindset and outlook on mental health illnesses has shifted and expanded for the better, and I now feel confident that I can assist and support people who may be suffering from a mental health illness. I highly recommended this course to anyone thinking of deepening their knowledge on mental health illnesses, and I strongly recommend Petrain Services for all training and educational courses".
